Guest numbers should match the booking - doorbell camera may be monitored.
Please notify us immediately if you break or damage something during your stay so that we can arrange a repair/replacement before the next guest.
During your stay, we ask that you:
Keep all pets outside. We permit pets as we have a lovely secure backyard; however, pets are not permitted to come or stay inside.
No smoking inside the house or on the premises. Do not dispose of cigarette butts in the indoors bin due to odor. A fee of $150 will apply for any Cigarette odor in the home.
Ensure the house is locked and secured whenever you are away from the property.
Turn off lights, air conditioner and heaters when away from the property or checking out.
Noise - our neighbourhood is close to many residential homes. Our neighbours are very important to us. Guests are asked to keep noise to a respectful level. Strictly no loud music or noise that may disturb our neighbours.
Early and late checkouts - We can usually arrange complimentary early check-in and late check out if arranged in advance. Any unauthorised early check-ins or late checkouts will result in a fee of $10 per 15 min. If your unauthorised late checkout impacts our cleaners or upcoming guests, you will be charged an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly Listing Fee originally paid by you, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes, and any legal expenses incurred to make you leave.
