More precise amenity information. Very unique that the toilet was water efficient. (Outhouse) and we couldn't find the shower. That really saves a lot of water. Would have changed locations if we knew the only bed was up a boat ladder in a loft, very dangerous when you have to use the outdoor facility in the dark.

Why they chose this property

We live on a large agricultural lot north of Whitehorse and share our space with the wildlife that cross the fields, the horses boarded at the farm and their people.

Part of the farm is seeded to barley for the local flour mill and this attracts migratory birds in the spring and the fall. We are close the Eclipse Nordic Spa, hiking trails and the Yukon Wildlife Preserve.

Our private quiet property is 20 minutes from Whitehorse and easy access to the highway both north and south.

What makes this property unique

Our equestrian centre sits on 130 acres of land leading right up to the. Yukon River. the views from any spot on the property are stunning.

We have worked to provide a rustic but comfortable experience in our cabin.
