Inside the Townhouse
Step into a thoughtfully designed space where comfort meets convenience. The open-plan living and dining area features modern furnishings, a Smart TV, and plenty of natural light—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet night in. The fully equipped kitchen comes with quality appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are beautifully appointed with luxury linen, comfortable beds, and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has easy access to the main bathroom—making the space ideal for couples, families, or colleagues travelling together. For larger groups, a large, comfortable sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate guests five and six.
Bathrooms
Enjoy two full, fully tiled bathrooms with walk-in showers, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries. The ensuite offers a touch of added privacy and convenience.
Workspace
A dedicated desk area is set up for those who need to work remotely or catch up on emails, with fast Wi-Fi available throughout the property.

Your host Kate lives locally and is available to answer any questions or concerns throughout your stay. You'll have private access to the property via a secure key code, so there’s no need to meet in person—check-in is completely contactless for your convenience.
No parties or events are permitted.
The fifth guest will be accommodated on a double-sized sofa bed in the lounge. This is ideally suited to one adult or two children.
Due to being in a complex we have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours.
We kindly ask that you refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or large gatherings are not allowed, and any unauthorised gatherings disturbing our neighbours will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am please get in touch 24 hours in advance if you would like to request a late checkout or early check in. There may be a fee.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. Please vape outside.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We would appreciate it if our home is left in a reasonable condition, please take care when carrying bags upstairs and remove your shoes. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Please report any damages, spills or stains so we have ample time to get these sorted before next guests arrive. A charge for replacement or cleaning may be applicable.
