Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. lounge with smart tv, heat pump and outdoor entertainment area and BBQ.

1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, 1 seperate small bedroom/workspace with bunkbeds.

Great location with a 5 minute drive to Waihi beach, Athenree hot pools, boat ramp, local shops and cafes.

Secondary entrance with turnaround for trailer/boat parking in the orchard. Filleting bench and washdown hose.

Pets are welcome but please not bach is not fully fenced.

Take the dog for a walk around the orchard, relax with a class of wine or head down to the boat ramp for a weekend of fishing!
