This is a convenient location to town center, restaurants, and activities. The building and interior are new. Some construction noise but appears near completion.

The apartment was great! Security was wondering, the newness and cleanliness was spot on perfect. Very comfortable, easy to walk to everything. The downside though was that the apartment was directly above a Cuban restaurant that played loud Cuban music until late at night. And the bedroom is right above the speakers that outside the restaurant. Never ending Cuban music! Also the walls are thin and not sound proofed, you can hear everything bump, step, flush, shower or word your neighbors upstairs and beside you says. So all of that was very off putting but the rest was great.

Girls trip to GA

A friend and I visited for Octoberfest. Our rental was true to the pictures, nice modern decor and features. The bed was very comfortable, location was great. We walked to everything. You can hear the people in other units but they weren’t overly loud. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Loft in A Great Spot

This loft is in a great spot in Helen. This was our first visit to Helen, and while a bit underwhelmed with Helen itself, this spot was the complete opposite. It is clean and very comfortable. However, do come prepared with essentials! Parking can be a bit tricky, however we were there July 4th weekend and it was very busy! A trip around the block and we had no issue securing a spot!

Nice room with just a couple of issues

Overall the room was very nice and conveniently located. There were a few issues though. The doors going into the bedroom (both the main one and bathroom) wouldn't line up with the latches. The walls are thin and I could hear everything next door and the ice cream shop downstairs had a boom box that they played loudly outside my window until they closed. The room was very clean and had everything we needed

Great place for Oktoberfest

We stayed here for Oktoberfest and it exceeded our expectations! Brand new building-everything inside was brand new! Super clean room and den-fully stocked kitchen! Right behind the Bodensee restaurant. Walking distance to everything you would need to do for Oktoberfest. We never had to get in the car to go anywhere! Directions from rental company are very helpful- there is not a sign for alpine lofts but it looks just like the pictures- except look for the construction being added to the building and you are there! Parking is right to the right and super accessible. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again during Oktoberfest.

No Reserved Parking

The room was in a great location and was clean and nice accommodations. The down side is there is no reserved parking for the room and people eating at nearby restaurants took the few parking spaces that are not reserved for other rentals. I parked in one of the reserved spaces for a couple of hours waiting for a spot to open so I could move my car and my car was towed. The owner of this rental had no compassion or bothered to at least offer a ride to the place that towed my car that was ten miles in Cleveland Georgia. Helen has 1 taxi service and most the time they are booked for events. We were lucky enough to get a ride. Know this they will tow your car in Helen Georgia and they charge the max possible of $225. The owners do not disclose this or the fact there is no reserved parking. If I had it to do over knowing what I know now I wouldn’t stay here again. It isn’t worth the extra $300 it cost me to get my car back
