This property was a nice little set up perfect for two people. Easy to find, and conveniently close to Bear Mountain area. It was very clean and the host was prompt to reply to any questions we had. I would recommend this property.
The host was very responsive and accommodating. My only concern with the place was that it wasn’t clean. Bedsheets had hair on them and floors and shower weren’t properly cleaned. The host did provide brand new sheets upon request which was awesome. They just need to work with the cleaning staff to make sure the cleaning is done properly. Besides that it was a very pleasant experience.
Great little unit for a couple or two friends. Easy to get into Victoria if you don't mind a short drive. Byron was super helpful - the hair dryer wasn't working but he promptly brought another down for us to use.

Byron was very quick to respond to any of my inquiries. He graciously allowed us early entry. The suite was very clean, parking was super convenient (just in front of suite). The place was very comfortable and super quiet. I would stay there again and would recommend to others.

Disliked: Cleanliness
We were astounded that the unit had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time, especially the bathroom. The bathroom vent was clogged with dust, and the glass doors of the shower stall were fuzzy with dust that had adhered to the water drying on them after the last shower (which must have been some time ago). The pictures definitely don’t show that the microwave is improperly installed (i.e., plugged directly into the electrical outlet). In reality, the microwave and toaster are plugged into an extension cord. The bathroom is huge, so why is there no towel rack (other than on the shower door) on which to dry wet bath towels. We hung them on the headboard, but only after cleaning off a significant amount of dust from the headboard and ledge behind it. The floors appeared to have been cleaned recently, but the area under the bed had not been properly cleaned, as there was significant dust and food particles there, especially towards the head of the bed. The area is very nice, but entirely residential, and the hosts could provide very little assistance as to where to find any services such as grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There is ample opportunity for walking trails nearby for those who are particularly fit, but my husband and I are seniors (82 and 77), so our decision to choose an accommodation on Bear Mountain with its narrow winding roads was definitely not the right one. We should have chosen someplace closer to central Victoria.
