Downstairs are a half bath and full-sized washer and dryer in separate utility room.

The second floor houses two bedrooms. With a relaxing color scheme, the master bedroom provides a king-sized bed covered in soft blue and navy, TV, pool view. The generously sized bathroom showcases granite top vanity with brushed nickel fixtures and pulls, skylight, and a large walk-in shower.

Also in blue and yellow but with a sailing motif, the second bedroom houses twins, an LCD TV, DVD, two closets and a pool view. Its bathroom holds a spacious granite vanity and a tub/shower combination.
