The private balcony with seating provides unobstructed view of the CN Tower, Lake Ontario, and city skyline. A Starbucks is located adjacent to our building lobby!
This spacious 1500 square feet unit has 10' ceilings and a southeast exposure. Two bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows, a powder room and a full bathroom. Modern kitchen has ample countertop space and high end European appliances. Your spacious quarters will include a cozy living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with large island/bar stools, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Private balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture. You will have access to the pool and fitness facility on REC floor.
