For years, the Levesque family (Mike Sr, Penny, Michael Jr, and Kelly) would make the drive up from New York to Mount Snow and other Vermont destinations — skiing in the winter and exploring the trails and lakes in the summer. They always dreamed of owning a second home in this natural destination, and a few years ago, that dream became a reality when Michael Levesque Jr. and his wife Yulia purchased The Manor on Farm Road in West Dover. Michael Jr and Yulia worked tirelessly restoring the home, which quickly became a favorite family vacation spot as well as a popular rental. They then acquired the carriage house next door. A year of work turned it into what is today The Villa — a spectacular example of the modern industrial farmhouse, with exposed beams, a spiral staircase, and an array of unique artwork.

We have just completed the historic Inn renovations to be the type of place we want our family, and yours, to keep visiting year after year. We look forward to hosting you!

All Farm Road Estate guests will have access to our modern great room with soaring ceilings and exposed beams, oversized couches, and large fireplace. On-Site restaurant- Sawmill Bar & Table serves elevated farm to table fare, signature cocktails along with local craft beer and fine wines.
