When I arrived, I had to wait outside for 15 minutes before anyone opened the door, and I was not welcomed warmly. The house was very dirty, the sink was full of dirty dishes so I couldn’t even fill my water bottle. The listing had stated before there was a private bathroom and kitchen, but neither was private.The bedding was dirty, the bathroom had hair everywhere, a broken shower head, and was generally unclean. There wasn’t even a lock on my door, which made me feel unsafe. I ended up leaving without staying the night because I did not feel comfortable.I reached out asking for at least a partial refund but did not receive one. Overall, a very disappointing and unsafe experience.
