Gostaria apenas de esclarecer que o apartamento possui cerca de 90m², com pé-direito aproximado de 2,60m na maior parte dos ambientes, por se tratar de um prédio mais antigo. Há rebaixos de gesso pontuais em algumas áreas, com altura em torno de 2 metros, que não interferem na circulação ou no conforto dos hóspedes.
De toda forma, agradeço pela observação, pois ela ajuda a manter a transparência nas informações do anúncio.
