$100 Refundable security deposit per stay ( it is the damage protection for the Landlord )
All furniture, fridge, microwave, stove, washer, dryer, bed, mattress cover, pillows, blankets, cookware, cutlery and plates are provided.
All utilities, central heat, central air condition, WIFI and laundry are included.
Toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, bathroom towel are NOT provided
