Magnificent renovated farmhouse in an exceptional natural setting at the foot of the Vercors. Located 2h20 from Paris, 1h from Lyon and 2h from Marseille by TGV. From the private swimming pool, heated and perfectly secured by its roller shutter, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the Cirque de Peyrus. On the ground floor of the house, a modern and functional kitchen, a generous table and a large welcoming and comfortable living room. Access the vaulted bedroom very pleasant in summer (double bed 140cm). On the ground floor, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds of 140cm and a master bedroom with bed 160cm, dressing room and bathroom. On the second floor, a large bedroom with bed of 160cm and 2 extra mattresses.<br>Outside, a large terrace of 70m2, a garden of 3000m2.

Wonderful house, wonderful landscape

The six of us spent a wonderful time in this fantastic, spacious and lovingly restored house. The location is fantastic, it is very quiet, there is nothing wrong with the large garden area and the pool. We were thrilled that the pool water, in France the drinking water is always slightly chlorinated, was not extra chlorinated and yet very clean and pleasant. We felt completely comfortable and Jerome is a friendly and sympathetic host. Thank you for that. st. Thank you very much for that

Un hote accueillant et sympathique, un gîte agréable et bien situé (au pied du col des Limouches pour le vélo / proche du plateau d Ambel pour la rando magnifique/ pas trop loin des gorges de la Bourne pour le tourisme et adapté au vélo en octobre)Le gîte est un peu juste en finitions Matériel électrique ne fonctionnant pas toujours (inters et prises a changer ...) mais le propriétaire reste réactif Ch bas Manque un chevet a gauche du lit et une tablette dans la Sdb / on pourrait aussi facilement créer un va et vient radio pour éteindre du lit le plafonnier Un terrain de pétanque serait bienvenu Des jeux sont a dispo pour animer les soirées La piscine etait bien chauffée

Prachtige locatie, vriendelijke eigenaar. Gezien de hoge temperaturen zou een airco , zeker in de slaapkamers, zeer wenselijk zijn.

Alors vraiment un endroit magnifique ,Pas de voiture qui passe, calme et magnifique maison !A part les guêpes qui nous embêtait un peu mais le propriétaire va détruire quelques nids sous la toiture et il manquait un peu de place dans le frigo mais la aussi le propriétaire en mettrait bien un 2eme.C'était de très belles vacances !

Prachtige accomodatie! Komt overeen met de foto’s. Een heerlijke plek met prachtig uitzicht! Mooi zwembad. Super handig dat er een wasmachine is. Plek ligt iets afgelegen, dus handig om eat boodschappen in huis te hebben. Zeer vriendelijke host! Mooie wandel route bij het huis!

On a passé un séjour vélo extraordinaire dans cette maison splendide au pied du Vercors. Le cadre, la tranquillité, le charme de la maison tant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur nous ont conquis. La piscine est magnifique. De plus Jérôme est d’une gentillesse remarquable. Un grand merci pour l’accueil!Je rêve d’y retourner un jour.

Cadre enchanteur, maison ultra équipée et de très bon goût. Les lits sont confortables. Jérôme est un hôte prévenant, généreux et la communication a été très bonnes. Un séjour de rêve qui nous a permis de décompresser. La maison est tout confort, au calme, avec une vue magnifique du Vercors. Le silence la nuit est thérapeutique, les chevreuils à l’orée du bois le matin nous apaisent. La piscine chauffée est très agréable. Jérôme, notre hôte, s’est occupé de tout. Bref, séjour incroyable !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L'hôte était très accessible, réactif et sympathique, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée et notre séjour très agréables. Ferien mit Freundinnen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das abgelegene Haus und der Garten mit Pool sind wunderschön und bieten viel Platz zum verweilen. Jerome hat sich bei unserer Ankunft Zeit genommen, um uns das ganze Haus zu zeigen und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt verfügbar.
