Our 120 yr old elegant 2 storey villa is the perfect base and is a fully dedicated airbnb. Enjoy luxurious linens, comfortable brand new beds, fully renovated to reflect a relaxed Scandinavian feel. Max is 7 adults max due to the size of one single bedroom. There is a self contained cottage sleeps 3, own bathroom and living
The space
Three of the four bedrooms are inside the house, the third queen bedroom has its own bathroom and living area and is in the sleep out. There is no air conditioning in the sleep out but plenty of air and a fan in hot weather, heater in cold. The sleep out is perfect for guests wanting a bit of space, teenagers or young family, as room for a basinette etc.
Guest access
The property has a gate that opens up to a large rugby field for walking or exercising.
Other things to note
Incredible views from the balcony of the sky tower, or if you prefer a westerly sun set on the other balcony. We have apple tv, soda stream, top kitchenware and appliances! Heating throughout the house, hallway, wall heaters in each room, aircon in living and king bedrooms. Portable heater in cottage.
