This apartment is centrally located in 'The Sanctuary' on the shores of Lake Intrepid and is beautifully renovated. The complex boasts two pools, BBQ area, boat ramp and beautiful gardens.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need and on those days you fancy a rest you are within a stones throw to Pacific Fair shopping centre,Crocker Park, Shopping Village and the local pub. Only minutes to the sandy beaches at Mermaid beach you will be in heaven, or fish at the private jetty.
Stunningly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king-size bed for your comfort. Bedroom 2 is fitted with a bunk bed with a single on the top and a double on the bottom. It also has a trundle bed for the 6th guest.
The bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet and walk in shower and this room doubles as a laundry complete with washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including a coffee machine.
We supply basic amenities for your stay and all linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
Our beautiful property is pet friendly however your pet must be 10kg or under unless authorised by the host
