Air-conditioned studio for 2 people, located Residence Heliopolis AB building. Second floor with elevator. Living room with sleeping area with bed 2 persons in 140cm and kitchenette. Bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Terrace with views of parking and sea. Private parking N°312.Tourist tax to be paid 1.44 euros/day/adult person. File fee: 29 euros (except Poplidays customers). Made-up beds and toilet towels provided. Departure household included. Arrival from 5pm to 7pm, you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11:00. Breakfast option 19 euros. From 3 nights onwards, please let us know your RC certificate or the insurance costs 24 euros (except for Pontlidays customers).
