Hilltop ocean view round house

Round house perfect for private getaway. On top of a hill with an ocean view from almost every room. Lots of trails around the house to enjoy as well as Mercer and Collard lake just up the road. Master bedroom has attached bathroom with shower/tub and king bed. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and large closets, fourth bedroom has twin and ocean view. There is a small futon upstairs in the crows nest. A new deck with a grill. A few minutes away from the grocery store and countless amazing beach trails off hw 101 as well as downtown Florence which is full of unique shops and restaurants.

We had an amazing weekend at the round house! The location is perfect on the central coast to explore beaches, lakes, dunes, forests, carnivorous plants! We had some rain but just cozied up in the crow’s nest and basked in the views. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked…we felt right at home immediately! Thank you for this great opportunity to get away!
360 degree views… catch gorgeous sunrise and sunset views!
So many beaches close by! Rick hounding paradise!

Wonderful time

Gorgeous views!

We loved staying at this property. Absolutely beautiful views, went paddle boarding at a little lake nearby, spent time at the beach, and the house had everything we needed. Very fun for the kids.

Roomy House with Wonderful Crow's Nest

This property had lots of space for our whole family including 4 bedrooms, roomy kitchen, large dining and living room and our favorite place - the crows nest. The crow's nest had great views of the woodsy surrounding area and was great for morning coffee gatherings and pre-dinner drink times. Large windows in the entire living area made you feel like you were right there in the woods!

Beautiful and spacious

My family of 7 and dog stayed here. It has lots of space for everyone. It was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The trails around the home were fun for the kids and pets. It was a great location for all of our activities!

Amazing views

There’s so much to say about this property. But the thing that will stick out forever is how beautiful the 360 views are. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, big shower in the master. Just a 5 star property.

Perfect Family Home

We absolutely loved our stay. In fact, it was really hard to leave. The 360 room up top was the perfect spot to set up our projector and watch a family movie together. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The bath tub in the master bedroom was perfect for soaking after a long day of adventure and fun. Lots of board games to play. The views are fantastic from almost every window. Perfect distance from everything including shopping, food, the beach, swimming spots, and Sandland Adventures where we went on a dune buggy tour and raced gocarts. The kids can't wait to book our next stay.

Secluded property with great views

We enjoyed our 4-night stay. There was enough room for our family of five (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 tween). It was secluded and had great views just like we hoped for. We didn’t see any neighbors while we were there, just a dear that came to say hi. The kitchen had things you need for cooking. The new barbecue grill is a plus. The only things we wish we had was Wi-Fi and better TV reception (to watch the Blazers games). The hot tub would have been awesome but not necessary. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Ocean Trip 2025

The house is great. The inside was very clean and well stocked with towels, cleaning products and even shower supplies. Water pressure was great and hot water so almost instant. Great points. There were a few things that if I own it and was renting it out I would do better. The big windows in the living and kitchen area are so great but they were very dirty and had spider webs all over them. (they had been there for awhile). We sprayed the windows with the hose, removed must of the spiders and webs but the windows were still dirty. I would trim some of the trees, before long there will not be a view to the ocean. The whole outside of the house needs power washed, spiders everywhere. The deck is nice but could not use because of the spiders and it needs hosed down. Off the deck was a table and chairs but the dead weeds were so tall you could not use it. The beds were uncomfortable and need replaced, living room furniture is also uncomfortable, we spent most of our time setting at the dining table. TV should be in the living area so the whole family can watch together. TV should be able to get local news stations. Washer doesn't get all the soap rinsed out so we had to rinse and spin twice. We did have a good time staying there but if we could have seen out the windows better and not see spiders while eating, and spent time in the living room as a family and slept better it would have been the best place ever!!!!

Disappointing but Functional

We used this as a meeting point for six family members. Pros: bed set up was as described, house was relatively clean, labeling of the dishes and cabinets on the outside was very nice, and the home was very quiet. Cons: driveway was rutted, steep and made up of loose stone, which made it difficult in a 2 Wheel drive vehicle. Some of the furniture was broken down, and the slider did not work well. The biggest issue was the communication from the property manager. The Wi-Fi code did not work despite multiple attempts along with copying and pasting it directly, We reached out to management, including the owner a total of three times. The owner never responded and the management company did not have an answer or appear to have an interest. We could not do mandatory work with no internet. I would suggest that the owner spend a day walking around the property with a critical eye and sitting on the furniture. I'm sure it was very nice ,but now needs a refresh. Also need to respond to guest concerns.

This was the most amazing property. Vuews were unbelievable. Comfort was unmatched. Everything was clearly labeled and we wanted for nothing. Plenty of games and cooking supplies. Communication with the host was quick and effortless. Highly highly recommend this place. Should i ever be fortunatel to return to the area i will definitely choose this place again.

It was a beautiful house Very clean and a gorgeous view. We were not at the house a lot, but when we were, it was pretty comfortable. It was a bit warm at times. We were glad there were some fans and windows that opened. We loved how everything was labeled and very nice. We were there for a wedding so having the use of the garage was great because I still was making decorations. We loved the games and the big table. The beds were comfortable. It slept all 10 of us very well. It was great!

We really enjoyed the house. There was plenty of room for eight people to spread out and settle in comfortably. Everyone loved the well stocked kitchen and the view as well. We were close to Florence, the beach, and lake Mercer where we rented a pontoon boat one afternoon while there.

Cousins Reunion

Spectacular views! Spacious! Wonderfully labeled! Welcoming! We had cousins from Connecticut, Michigan and Oregon gather over the time of our visit and everyone was impressed.

Beautiful property, unique and fun home to stay in!

We loved our stay at this cool house. Worked out great for our group of four adults and four kids (ages 2-12). It was very cool to be surrounded by windows and the woods! Only 15 minutes from the ocean. We had a fun time riding buggies on the dunes while we were there. My son loved sleeping in the round room up top. Thanks for the nice stay!Only suggestions are a fan for the double bed room (since you can't open the window) and a few more kid friendly cups.

Fun Weekend

The scenery from the house was exceptional! So beautiful. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that the kitchen counters were not clean...food (rice) and crumbs on the counters and sticky in spots so we needed to give it a good cleaning that way. Also the dishes in the dishwasher were not clean. But other than that it was wonderful. The bathrooms were very clean and comfortable...great shower pressure. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
