Each of the home's 7 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms has been carefully appointed to reflect its storied past while ensuring all the modern amenities you'd expect in a luxury stay.
Nature lovers will appreciate our unbeatable location, just steps from Bell's Neck Conservation Land. Spend your days paddling down the Herring River, biking to nearby beaches, or simply relaxing in our serene garden and outdoor living spaces. And yes, we're proudly dog-friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome, too.

Step through the front door and be transported to the 19th century. This lovingly preserved sea captain's home exudes character and charm, with original fixtures, vintage décor, and artistic details that create a warm, inviting, and one-of-a-kind atmosphere. The grand staircase immediately captures your attention upon entry, leading to the upstairs bedrooms. To the left, you'll find a cozy informal dining area, perfect for morning coffee or casual meals. Just beyond is a spacious formal dining room with seating for your entire group, ideal for shared meals and memorable gatherings.

The chef's kitchen is a dream for cooking enthusiasts, fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the essentials to prepare anything from simple snacks to gourmet dinners. For added convenience, the home features two sets of washers and dryers, both located on the first floor on either side of the kitchen, perfect for longer stays or larger groups
Just off the kitchen is Bedroom One, a private one-bedroom suite offering a kitchenette for light cooking and convenience, and added privacy with its own entry and exit. To the right of the main kitchen, around the corner, you will discover the original library, a nod to the home's rich history, enhanced with modern features for relaxing evenings. Nearby is Bedroom Two, an adaptable and fully wheelchair-accessible room, thoughtfully designed for guests who may be unable to use the stairs.

As you ascend the grand staircase, you'll find the remaining bedrooms, each with its own distinctive charm. One even features a large, original safe that no one has managed to open. Try your luck!

****Guests have the option to rent the Carriage House called Fleetwing, located at the rear of the property, along with the Main House. This is a great choice for larger groups or those seeking additional space and privacy. Please note: availability is subject to both properties being open for booking at the same time.

This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience with a 4 pm Check-In/10 am Check-Out.
No Smoking Allowed of anything (containing tobacco, any other substance) or e-cigarettes, inside or outside the home.
Dog Friendly Homes are for a Dog only. This home allows 2 dogs with a $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 6. No parking on lawn anytime.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non-refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
