Only the guests listed in your booking are permitted overnight.
You must be 25 years or older to book the property.
Visitors are only permitted during non quiet hours.
No parties or events without permission — breaking this rule may lead to cancellation of the stay (no refund).
Noise / Quiet Hours
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Respect our neighbours: no loud music, shouting, or group gatherings.
Strict noise control policy applies during quiet hours (including no music).
Smoking / Vaping/ Alcohol
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
If permitted outside: use the ashtray / bin and clean up properly.
Heavy drinking is not permitted at the property.

Great Mount location, easy walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and beaches, property manager was lovely and helpful with quickly resolving a few issues we had on arrival, bedrooms were very hot and struggled to sleep some nights, there was an aircon unit in the living area but the cool air did not circulate into the bedrooms so had to go out and buy fans, the apartment was easily accessible with lift access and was clean and reasonably well maintained apart from a few light bulbs that were out and was reasonably well appointed although did not have a hair dryer so had to go out and buy one, overall a pleasant stay

this was definitely not worth 600 a night! it was dark not good lighting and back room bed was so old all the springs had gone in matress. there was a random door from what i worked out the laundry door had been taken off to accommodate washing machine and placed in against the wall in the back bedroom. There was no shopping board in the kitchen which made it hard to cut food. The photos online made the place look very bright and light and a lot bigger than what it was.
