The Space:
Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and nestled right in the dunes of Nutgrove Beach, this modern four-bedroom townhouse is your private slice of waterfront living—just 10 minutes from Hobart’s CBD.
With the sand literally at your back gate, mornings start with a beach stroll and barista coffee from The Beach House Café or Nosebag. Evenings? Grab a wood-fired pizza from the little beachside shop, or treat yourself to a sneaky gelato at Blue Strawberry as the sun dips over the water.
Inside, light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows in the open-plan living space. The fully equipped kitchen is fresh and functional, perfect for laid-back dinners or entertaining. A sleek dining table seats four, with sea breezes drifting in from outside.
The upstairs loft bedroom is a standout—queen bed, high ceilings, a workspace, and a sunroom with an egg-swing chair that basically begs for wine and a good book. Guests have full access and private use of the entire property.
The Neighborhood:
Tucked along the peaceful shores of Nutgrove Beach, this townhouse offers direct access to the sand just steps from your back gate — ideal for early beach walks, refreshing dips, or sunset paddles. A 12-minute walk takes you to Long Beach Reserve, where locals gather for picnics, waterfront strolls, and views of passing boats. While you’re there, treat yourself to a gourmet brunch at Seagrass Long Point or enjoy wood-fired pizza and coffee with a sea breeze at Beach House Café. For everyday essentials, the local IGA is just a nine-minute walk away. When you're ready to explore further, Salamanca Market, the MONA ferry terminal, and Hobart’s vibrant CBD are all within a 15-minute drive.
Getting Around:
Getting around Nutgrove Beach and Sandy Bay is simple. Most local spots—cafés, the beach, Long Beach Reserve—are within easy walking or cycling distance via flat, tree-lined streets and shared paths.
