This is a lovely spot in a quiet area with views of the water and deer and quail in the backyard. Austin is a very responsive host and immediately remedied the few issues, We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place with a view of trees, mountains and lake. It is out of the way but worth the drive; a very quiet and a relaxing stay. Very clean and modern kitchen. Air conditioner keeps the place cool in the summer. Great hosts who were very hospitable.

We loved our stay here over the Christmas holidays!! Austin made it extra special with tasteful decorations to make it festive for us. He was a great communicator and quick to respond to all my messages.Check out was a breeze as well. This place is quiet, comfortable, clean, modern, bright and spacious. I highly recommend it and i hope to rent it again!
The Christmas tree made it extra warm and welcoming. Thank you Austin!

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO listing. Incredibly impressed by the quality and cleanliness of all the spaces including right down to the linens. The patio outside was really enjoyable just to sit on with a drink, read a book, whatever you do to enjoy relaxation. And that’s what this place was all about - slowing down time and finding peace in the quietness. Communication with Austin was easy, and check-in and check-out was super simple. Honestly I’d hope they create more properties one day because it was a great experience!

While this home is beautiful and quite, it is the basement of the home and not the comlete home we are used to when booking through VRBO. If you have walking disabilities the access from the top of the driveway is gravel and no stairs so it can get very tricky.
