A delightful stay with Cosy Corner. It was a very handy spot to stay for our activities at the U of S. The hosts were excellent with very good communication. Will stay again.

Very comfortable accommodation. Suggest the owner install a motion light at the back door or leave the outside light on for easier access after dark. Best towels ever for my shower. Dining room table a bit awkward for person in back due to frame in way of your legs. We would definitely return to this location. Thanks.

Great place!

I took my two teen daughters for a couple of nights to Saskatoon. This was a nice place to stay, offered everything we needed. Easy check in and nice area!

We arrived late and there was no outside light on for ease of access to the side door or stairs to basement. The bed linens were not the best quality and the mattress protectors are ready to be laundered. Our smoke alarms went off at 7 am Sunday morning with no communication from the host that they were changing the upstairs smoke detector batteries. The living area furniture were not built to comfortably watch a movie. An updated coffee machine and a full bottle of bathroom hand soap would also have been a nice touch. There is limited street parking available and this would be problematic in inclement weather. We were thankful to have a safe clean space to rest our heads it just wouldn’t be our first choice next time.
