Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean, the atmosphere was incredible. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay! Will definitely be looking at booking with y’all again!
This was a very nice getaway for my family and friends. The only thing we disliked was we couldn’t enjoy the outside decks because of spiderwebs EVERYWHERE and multiple wasp nest. We literally wash each deck down and that still didn’t get all the spider webs. Rooms were nice and clean it was easy access to the water.
The house was as described and worked out great for our trip. Our only issue was the outside was dirty and many areas covered in cobwebs all around the deck area. Inside of the house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
This property was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay with our family. Plenty of room for everyone and amenities are amazing! Definitely recommend this for your family getaway! The owner was so nice and was quick to get back with any issues!
This was our second year spending Christmas in this cabin, and we had an amazing time! The cabin is spacious. We had a couple of small issues and the owners were very responsive. We plan to stay again!
We gather all our kiddos together to do our Caddo Cousin Christmas! This cabin was perfect for that. Loved the split bedrooms from the main living area. The manager was great at communicating! A will stay again
We had some issues with the room but the owner was quick to help.

Great time
Had a great time here but the problem we had was all the spiderwebs and the grass not being blown off of the sidewalks other then those things had a blast
Our group of 10 that stayed at Living on the Edge are old high school friends that have been doing an annual canoe trip for 12+ years. This place is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The house is top notch from top to bottom. Plenty of space and the layout is great with super easy access to the Caddo. We will be staying here again and I highly recommend Living on the Edge for a group or family stay.
Loved the location and the space. Recliners are pretty worn out. There was not an air hockey table as advertised. The outside metal barstools are rusting.
We loved our stay at Livin on the Edge. You cannot beat the location. You can throw a rock into the river from the balcony! Plenty of room and accommodations in the house. The only complaint I have is they decided to do lawn service the Saturday we stayed and it was a bit annoying having to hear and talk over the loud equipment noise running during our stay. Everything else was great though and we would love to stay again!
