Lovely views

The view in the fall is amazing! This place comfortably fit our group of three couples, definitely a plus to have three separate full bathrooms. There is definitely an eclectic style to the place which doesn’t really lend itself to being the best to hangout and chill but luckily that wasn’t the intention of the stay!

Family Time

Great location! We enjoyed being able to walk or take the bus to all of the shops and restuarants. The condo was up to date and very clean. We had a issue with the hot water, but the maintenance man was very helpful and was able to fix the issue right away. Would highly recommend!

Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Maintenance IssuesI recently stayed at this unit, and while the location was fine, several problems made the stay less than comfortable.In the kitchen, the soap dispenser wasn’t connected to any soap supply, so it couldn’t be used. In both bathrooms, the hand-held sprayer holders were loose and kept rotating, making it difficult to rest the sprayers properly.The bigger issue was with the temperature in the unit. The room was 81F even with the windows open and the portable fan running at full speed. I called the front desk to report that none of the AC units were working. I was told someone from maintenance would come, so I waited—45 minutes passed and no one showed up.I called the front desk again, but the office had closed and the recording said to call back during business hours. There was an option to call after-hours maintenance, which I used. The person who answered said there was no request from the front desk.Eventually, I learned from maintenance that the unit doesn’t even have air conditioning. Had I been told that when I first called, I wouldn’t have wasted time waiting or gotten as frustrated.Clearer communication from the front desk and better awareness of the unit’s features would have made a big difference.

Extremely convenient location to Lionshead Village, public parking for extra vehicle, and bus shuttle. East check-in and assistance when needed. Great weather so lack of air conditioning was not an issue. Timing allowed for viewing of fine art festival.

Great location

Can't beat the location of this condo in Lionshead. Loved having the upstairs loft patio - great views! Furniture is a bit uncomfortable in the living area, and be aware of the stairs to the loft master bedroom - they can be difficult to navigate! Condo is well equipped with all you need in the kitchen - it's spacious and again, can't the location is perfect! Easy access to hot tub on the same floor.
