It is very comfortable and recently built, with a view of the mountain and ski slope. This magnificent chalet is located on the ground floor with private outdoor parking in front of the accommodation. You will also find a beautiful terrace fitted with garden furniture with a view of the mountains that will allow you to relax and enjoy this magnificent environment.



The rental is located in the heart of the natural park "Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne", 50 m from the ski slopes "Rocher du Cerf", 200 m from the restaurant "Le Bufadou", 300 m from the "Luge sur rail" attraction park, 500 m from the resort's shops, it is located in a quiet residential area ideal for families. Numerous hiking trail and mountain bike path departures will be available to you.



The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, filter/Nespresso coffee maker, kettle.

Chalet bien situé - pied des pistes

Nous choisissons ce chalet pour sa proximité immédiate avec la piste du rocher du cerf. Le poêle à granulés et la baignoire sont appréciables. Tout ce que nous vous avons déjà suggéré l'an dernier. Rien n'a changé. 🫣 La fenêtre du salon ne s'ouvre même plus. Manque de prises. Lits doubles petits, matelas usés. Manque de luminosité artificielle. Pour 20€ de linge par personne, nous aurions apprécié des lits faits et non un paquet sous film donné à l'agence.

Beaux volumes pour 8 personnes, grande cuisine conviviale et belle vue ! Manque vraiment de fonctionnalités au niveau du séchage des affaires de skis notamment ( patères un peu dans toutes les pièces ), serpillières pour éviter de mouiller le beau parquet .
