Magnificent and bright apartment air-conditioned 75m2, for 6 people, with 2 bedrooms, in the heart of the city centre, fully equipped and renovated, with balconies, close to all amenities.

SPACES
The entire accommodation is available to travellers. All spaces are private.
- A large main living/dining/kitchen room with sofa bed, armchair, television, table for 6 people and fully equipped kitchen, opening on two balconies
- A bedroom with Queen size bed (160) and storage space
- A sleeping area with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a desk area and a large dressing room
- A shower room with large Italian shower, double washbasin and towel rail
- A separate toilet
- Two balconies

The flat has two air-conditioning systems and is east/west facing. It was completely renovated in June 2021. Its double-glazed windows allow you to be totally calm inside.

This flat is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a beautiful 5-storey Haussmann building, in a pedestrian zone.
// The area //
Opposite the port of Toulon, a stone's throw from the Tourist Office square, between the Toulon Arsenal and the Mayol Stadium. The area is very pleasant and very practical. Very lively on the evenings of the RCT rugby matches around the stadium which is 300m away and on the mornings of the market which starts at the foot of the building. The Mourillon beaches are accessible on foot in 20 minutes. The location is ideal.

Numerous amenities nearby: supermarket, press, tobacco shop, boutiques, banks, bakeries, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, snack bar, hairdresser, butcher's shop, Provencal market on Cours Lafayette (every morning except Monday), clothes shops, shopping centre, discotheque, harbour... There is an embarrassment of riches to choose from and everything is accessible on foot.
Entertainment on the Mourillon beaches during the summer and on the port of Toulon.

5 minutes away by car: many pleasant walks along the coast and in the pine forest, boat hire, diving club, sailing club, petanque ground, cable car...

PARKING AND TRANSPORT
Lafayette car park (paying) 2 minutes away (220m). Free public parking spaces 500m away at the Parking de la Carte Postale.
Several bus lines serve the Mayol stop located 300m away, including line 3 which passes through Toulon station and goes to the Mourillon beaches, lines 6, 31 and 40.
Also, in the port of Toulon, there are boat lines that take you to Les Sablettes, La Seyne-sur-Mer, St Mandrier and, in season, to Porquerolles.
Finally, 450m away are the ferry departures to Corsica and in season to Sardinia, Sicily and Majorca.

Un séjour parfait dans cet appartement spacieux avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et le port
Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cet appartement pendant quelques jours et nous devons dire que notre expérience a été absolument parfaite ! Tout d’abord, l’appartement est entièrement équipé, ce qui rend notre séjour très pratique. Nous avons pu trouver tout ce dont nous avions besoin, des ustensiles de cuisine, lave-vaisselle aux serviettes propres. De plus, l’appartement est très agréable et spacieux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la hauteur de plafond de plus de 3 mètres, ce qui donne une sensation d’espace et de liberté. L’emplacement de l’appartement est également idéal. Situé dans un quartier dynamique, nous avions accès à un marché, un centre commercial et même un tabac au pied de l’immeuble ! Sans oublier les meilleures madeleines de la région. Quel délice ! Malgré l’animation du quartier, l’appartement reste étonnamment calme en soirée. Nous avons pu profiter d’un repos paisible après une journée bien remplie. Et que dire de la vue ! Depuis l’appartement, nous avons une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et le port. C’était un véritable spectacle pour les yeux chaque jour. Enfin, l’accès à la plage était très pratique. En seulement 20 minutes à pied ou 10 minutes en bus (à seulement 2 minutes de l’appartement), nous étions les pieds dans le sable et nous pouvions profiter du soleil et de la mer. En résumé, notre séjour dans cet appartement a été parfait ! Nous recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement confortable, bien situé et offrant une vue magnifique.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à l'appartement
L'appartement est très bien situé avec un accès facile à tout le centre de Toulon et bien sûr le marché qui est presque tous les jours est un grand bonus. L'appartement est très confortable et récemment rénové. Nous avons eu quelques petits problèmes mais Alfred était là pour s'occuper des choses très rapidement. Nous recommandons sans hésiter l'appartement à ceux qui souhaitent séjourner dans le centre de Toulon.
