Charming Villa Almond is situated in a small quiet village Žerava, only a few kilometers away from the historic cities of Zadar and Nin. The royal town of Nin is a popular destination for kitesurfers and families thanks to the beautiful sandy beaches. With its location, the villa will offer true relaxation from city noise. Villa Almond will give you peace, tranquility, and a sense of rural ambiance.

The exterior of the villa is dominated by a large heated pool, sunbeds and an outdoor lounge area with barbecue. The entire property is located on the ground floor and consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The guests also have 2 additional bathrooms at their disposal.

Schöne Woche mit 2 Familien

Für zwei befreundete Familien mit je zwei Kindern pefekt. Da das Wetter super war, konnten wir auch immer gemeinsam draußen frühstücken. Innen wäre allerdings der Platz in der jeweiligen Wohnung nicht ausreichend gewesen. Zwei getrennte Wohungen mit je zwei Schlafzimmern/ Bädern und einer kleinen zweckmäßigen Küche mit Couch, Fernseher und kleinem Esstisch für je 4 Personen. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und auch aufgefüllt. Toilettenpapier und Grundausstattung inklusive Waschmittel/Spühlmaschinentabs und ein paar Zutaten war ausreichend vorhanden. Pro Familie auch eine Flasche Wrin und Orangensaft im Kühlschrank vorhanden. 1× in der Woche wurden die Handtücher getauscht. Ingesamt super Service und guter Kontakt. Lage ruhig und Nahe Zadar und Nin. In der Umgebung nur wenige Ferienwohungen/Häuser. Kleiner Supermarkt in kurzer Distanz und gutes Restaurant 500 m entfernt. Allerdings nur mit Auto zu empfehlen, da sonst abgelegen.
