Isolated from traffic and city noise, villa Špirini dvori is situated at the heart of an old town, only ten kilometers away from towns Zadar and Nin. Here you will have a chance to enjoy peaceful countryside and relax in hot tub, sauna and seasonal heated swimming pool. At the same time, only a few minutes away by car, you will be able to breathe fresh adriatic air and swim in our crystal clear sea and to enjoy beaches of your choice – sandy, pebble or deserted beaches.
If you are interested in history and culture, you have a choice of seeing the city of Zadar and the royal town of Nin, both with rich cultural heritage, museums, churches and somewhat specific way of life. For nature lovers, there are four national parks nearby: Kornati, Plitvička jezera, Krka and Paklenica, as well as three parks of nature: Telašćica, Sjeverni Velebit i Vransko jezero.

Exceptional Villa

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Spirini. The facilities were great and ideal for group bookings. It was clean and very comfortable. Damir was very responsive to our questions prior to and during our stay. We were able to access the villa easily after our late night flight and also offered us a late check-out.

Conveniently located country villa at a good price

We very much enjoyed our stay, what with a heated pool that the kids loved, a hot tub to relax in in the evenings, and a sauna which let us really indulge. The owners could not be more authentically personable and available. When we didn't understand how to work something, they had someone on site almost immediately. The place was quiet and calming. Zadar is just a few minutes drive up the road which was our ultimately destination.

Splendide villa, super propre avec piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, billard et tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger. Place pour 12 personnes. Vraiment rien à redire. On y reviendra

Maison neuve bénéficiant de tout le confort (sauna, piscine jaccuzzi, salle billard..) dans un petit village au calme à seulement 15 mn de Zadar. Des propriétaires adorables. Bref tout est réuni pour passer de formidables vacances. Seul bémol la cuisine et ses équipements conviennent pour 7/8 personnes mais sont insuffisants pour 12

Loved this property!

My husband, my son and myself stayed here over our spring break. The house was immaculate. It was too cold to use the pool but after being in the Jacuzzi for a while, we jumped in anyway and it was wonderful. Damir and Valentina were great hosts and helped recommend several different places for us to visit. We will definitely rent from them again and couldn't be happier with the stay. There was even an area of the yard where my dog could go to the bathroom and easily be cleaned. We loved this place!!! You could easily fit two families in this property.
