House Matea with POOL for 14 person!!
The house consists of two living spaces, separated by an external staircase. On the first floor there are 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, living room and spacious terrace.
On the second floor there are 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with access to the balcony with a beautiful view. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful olive grove, outdoor shower, covered barbecue and toilet.The villa is located in a quiet location.
Within the villa there is a spacious parking lot that is free in the yard. The courtyard of the villa is well lit. Each floor of the villa is equipped with a washing machine and dishes and wifi.
Guests can also use air conditioning, kettle, Microwelle, coffee maker, clean linens and towels. The barbecue, swimming pool and all accessories are fully owned by the guests.
