The luxury villa Prezida is located on the island of Vir, a popular tourist destination visited by a large number of tourists every year. The villa consists of 4 residential units spread over 2 floors: Each accommodation unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. In addition, each unit has a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The common room is a games room with content for children and adults. Next to the pool is a large pergola where all guests can sit and dine together. This modern built beauty offers accommodation for a maximum of 20, optimally 16 people! This makes it perfect for larger groups of guests who can enjoy the pebbly beach and clear Adriatic Sea just 10 metres from the villa. Another special advantage of the villa is that it has a sea view from all bedrooms, the dining room and the living room! Nearby there are cafes and restaurants where you will taste delicious Dalmatian dishes and delight your palate with excellent wines! It was built in 2022 and offers a living area of 600 m2, while the total area of the property is up to 1000 m2. Guests are comfortably accommodated in 8 bedrooms: 8 single beds (90x200) and 4 double beds (180x200). Villa Prezida also has 8 en-suite bathrooms, 4 of which have a shower cubicle and the rest have a bathtub. The terrace will certainly be the place where you will spend most of your time with family and friends. You will find a pleasant refreshment in the heated pool with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 2 metres. The pool cannot be used from 01.11. to 01.04. Next to the pool there is a sunbathing lawn where you can relax on 12 sun loungers and enjoy your favourite books. There is also an outdoor dining table and a charcoal or wood-fired barbecue. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and 4 separate toilets. If required, you can also use 4 80x200 folding beds. If children are travelling with you, a feeding trough and a baby cot are available. Entertaining facilities that will delight both children and adults include a children's playroom, slide and swings, darts, billiards and PlayStation. The yard is fully fenced and offers 6 private parking spaces. On the island of Vir, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge, there are numerous sights, each of which has a special significance for this unique island. Among the most famous are the Church of St John the Baptist, Katelina (Venetian fortress) and the lighthouse, which was built in 1881. A three-month summer spectacle begins as early as June, making this island the envy of all other local destinations. The entire island of Vir is one big beach and numerous bays of Vir still hide undiscovered charms of unspoilt nature. Most of the beaches are located by the pine forest, surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Children will enjoy the aqua park on Jadro beach, which is famous for its mini slide down the sea or jumping into the sea from the highest point.
