Villa Bonavia is located in the heart of Dalmatia, in the historic city of Zadar, which is visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists every year. If you too are looking for a peaceful holiday with your family or friends, then villa Bonavia is the choice for you!



It was built in 2011 in a contemporary construction style but was completely renovated in 2022. It provides guests with 480 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1050 m2. Villa Bonavia can accommodate a maximum of 14 people, while the optimal number is 12. You will be comfortably accommodated in 6 bedrooms: 5 rooms have a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, 5 of which have a shower cabin, and one bathroom has a bathtub. In one bedroom with a double bed, stairs lead to two single beds.



The villa also has a living room that includes a corner sofa, coffee table and TV, and right next to the couch is a dining room with a dining table with 12 seats. Next to the dining room is a pool table, where you can have fun together with friends and family.



On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 50 m2, 1.5 metres deep, with an additional functionality of a massage waterfall, and there are also 8 deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxing.



The courtyard of the villa is fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces, while there are two more outside.
