On the ground floor is a comfortable, elegant and beautifully designed living area with natural tones, equipped with a specious designercorner sofa and a flatscreen TV for evenings of entertainment. Underfloor heating and a fireplace are available for the cooler months. Professionally equipped kitchen with a dining table seating 14 make for a perfect meeting point for the whole group over a shared meal. Sea views can be enjoyed from every level of the house. Even the bathrooms, beautifully decorated, some with double sinks and a combination of shower and tub, offer the views of the Adriatic. The outdoor area is a special story of its own, with a 40 m² heated pool and a children’s slide for the enjoyment of the little ones, also an authentic barbecue area with a sink, multiple lounge areas, table tennis, children's playgroundand a terrace with a large dining table and a Jacuzzi, all overlooking the sea.
With seven bedrooms 14 adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Three baby cots are available.
