Host requested more money for 4 adults and 3 kids in a 4 bedroom house. Extra person charges were already paid in advance. Oven not functional. Irregular staircase with different size treads.

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. The booking was made for 4 guests; however, 7 guests (including 6 adults and 1 teenager) stayed at the property, as verified by security camera footage. The additional fee requested was in accordance with the listing’s stated policy for extra guests and was confirmed as applicable by a Vrbo support agent. Unfortunately, this additional payment was not received. The house has been fully renovated, and all features, including the staircase, were inspected and approved by the city’s building department to ensure safety and compliance.

The room was very clean and the house is super modern and upgraded. It's well equipped and nicely furnished. Three out of the 4 bedrooms have their own modern bathroom. The neighborhood is wonderful and accessible to many shopping areas. I actually spoke with a few neighbors.
