Included is also access to the top of the line resident amenities (pool, sauna, gym etc), in-house wifi, Nespresso machine & Smart TV. Woden bus station is just a quick walk away & one underground carspace is included.
This apartment features an open plan living area, kitchen and dining area. There is a study area as well, off the kitchen.
There is an internal laundry with washing machine & tumble dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances - dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso, microwave, oven & stove, kettle and toaster.
Guests have full and exclusive use of the whole apartment, and access to the communal pool, saun a & gym.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
