TV did not work in the pool table roomWaterfalls in the pool, I had to practically beg them to turn them back on on the second day of a nine day stayThere was spider webs everywhere, inside and outside of the house (active spiders)Bathroom closest to the pool never had hot water. I took a cold shower every single day.lights over the pool worked for two days and became unplugged and could not plug them back inEvery one of my guests had over five spider/mosquito bites not sure??The control board for the refrigerator kept falling out of the door every time you open the freezerTwo of the cupboard doors in the kitchen were completely missingthere was a popcorn machine at the bar area, and the cord was chewed by an animalThere was no power at the bar for a blender because the GFI outlet did not workNot sure what was going on with the AC, but it would randomly turn to heat in the middle of the day and the house would start heatingThe Pool Guy came and poured chemicals in the pool did not come and tell us if we could swim or not. It was cloudy for most of the day I had to keep everybody out.The Landscape guy came while we were in the pool, one day blowing material all around while we were trying to swimThe shower handheld in the master bath disintegrated at first showerOne of the fans over the pool table didn’t even workThis house was definitely not ready to rent out. Thank you for the detailed feedback. We want to clarify a few points: the TV in the pool table room does work, but it requires a Samsung remote that was kept in the other room. The bathroom closest to the pool does have hot water, as there is a single shared hot water source for the whole house, so it's possible the faucet knob wasn't turned the correct way. On cleanliness, we have a pest control company service the property monthly, most recently in July, and professional cleaners detail the interior between every stay. We take all feedback seriously and continue to monitor the property closely to keep it in great shape for future guests.
