The house itself was a delight - it was bright and benefited from a designers eye and included some well placed pieces of art. Our host was extremely responsive to queries however small and ensured that all eventualities were taken care of eg snow clearing of the drive. We enjoyed both the community in Fergus (joined the curling club) the Messiah sung by the Elora singers as well as the shops and restaurants in the Main Street. The surrounding countryside was stunning in both the Fall and the deep snow.
