Outside there is wonderful outdoor living space with a private deck facing South,BBQ and 2 acres of forest so lots of room to relax. This property is ideally located on the Lighthouse Route and the Blue Route biking trail, just minutes outside of the UNESCO World Heritage Town of Lunenburg and only minutes to Sand Dollar beach, the Ovens Natural Park, Hirtle's Beach, Gaff Point, Rose Bay General Store and Bistro, the Lahave Ferry and 30 minutes to Crescent and Rissers Beach Provincial Park. A perfect base for your holiday adventures!!
