Brand new home, new community of Seton. Rather quiet, yet close to the most important public facilities. Peaceful, spacious, family friendly home, away from home!
Visit parks, playgrounds, cafes, restaurants, shopping, YMCA and South Health Campus, all within few minutes drive! Calgary downtown and Calgary Airport is less than 30mins drive away. Some form of noise is always a possibility.
The space
This is a four-bedroom house with a king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two queen bedrooms, a second full bathroom, in-suite laundry, and a cozy den on the upper, plus a spare bedroom/study with a desk and comfy sofa bed. The full kitchen is well-equipped, and the living area is very comfortable. The main house is completely separate from the habitable basement, with an adjoining, privacy door. Guests do not have access to this door.
Guest access
Access to the unit is a front and back entrance. Free street parking at the front or designated parking on the parking pad at the back. Instructions will be provided to retrieve the key for entrance door access.

De Winton, a vibrant community is also only 12mins away, promising several attractions like pet hospital, gun club, golf club dog park and eateries!
