Tive uma ótima experiência novamente neste imóvel! Voltei a me hospedar aqui principalmente pelo excelente atendimento, pela localização e pela proximidade com os principais pontos da cidade — tanto para lazer quanto para trabalho, que foi o meu caso.Desde a minha última estadia, percebi melhorias no apartamento, que agora conta com ventilador, o colchão está mais confortável e a mesa de trabalho está maior, o que facilitou bastante, inclusive para fazer refeições.Outro ponto que fez diferença foi a flexibilidade da responsável com relação aos horários. Cheguei bem tarde e fui muito bem atendida, assim como na saída, o que traz bastante tranquilidade.Dessa vez precisei de uma reserva de última hora, e fiquei feliz de conseguir encontrar o imóvel com um ótimo custo-benefício.Ah, e o prédio agora tem um pequeno mercadinho no último andar, o que facilitou bastante durante a estadia.Com certeza recomendo e voltaria novamente!

Minha experiência com a Andressa foi incrível! Eu já havia ficado hospedada nesse imóvel em outra oportunidade atraves de outra plataforma e já havia gostado de como foi o atendimento dela e, também havia gostado muito da localização do imovel e proximidade com varias áreas otimas da cidade por isso retornei. Percebi também que ela fez melhorias no imóvel (colchão melhor que da primeira vez, ventilador, e uma mesa de trabalho melhor). O prédio tambem conta com um mercadinho que fica no ultimo andar e foi otimo pra demandas urgentes. Com certeza irei me hospedar novamente com ela!
