Don’t worry, we’re super easygoing. If anything unexpected comes up, just reach out - we’re here to help! That said, here are the house rules and terms to keep things running smoothly:
Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. A violation will result in a $500 fine.
Smoking & Illicit Substances: Smoking and the use of any illicit substances are strictly prohibited in the unit and building. A violation will result in a minimum $500 fine.
Parties: Parties are not permitted. A violation will result in a $2,000 fine and immediate eviction. A maximum of 8 guests is allowed on the property at any time.
Key Replacement: Lost or stolen keys will incur a $300 fee to cover a new building fob, building key, and lock replacement.
Garage door remote replacement: Lost or stolen garage fobs will incur a $250 fee to cover a new garage door remote.
Late Check-Out: Check-out is by 10 AM. A $50 fee per half hour will apply for late check-outs unless otherwise approved.
