This property was great for my two night stay with my wife. The property had all the amenities that we needed and was close to many things to do (restaurants, shopping, and night life). We were able t walk to Stanley Park from the place, which was great. The host was fantastic and in contact with us from the get go and very easy to get information from.

Love Rohit’s place. It felt like home. Great location. Love the view from our room. Rohit is a very accommodating and attentive host - replied to my messages right away, answered my questions and gave clear instructions. We are also thankful that he approved our request to check-in earlier to drop off our luggages. Bonus: free washer and dryer to use. Will definitely stay in Rohit’s place again.

The apt is pristine and full of light, with a comfortable bed and a kitchen as well equipped as mine at home. The building’s gym is decent and we used it a lot. Rohit answered my questions quickly and went out of his way to respond to my needs. We weren’t able to figure out how to create a single bed from the living room sofas but all in all I recommend the suite for its amenities and central downtown location.

The area is exciting but comes with lots of challenges,dropping the suitcases was involved with stress since there are limited drop of places which were all taken. getting into property involved two different codes and a lift that would only take you to your floor once activated.in the lobby on entry we saw a drug squad with dogs doing a raid but this is downtown.Outside the door homeless person overnight again this is downtown.The actual apartment is nice and well equipped but needs some maintenance nothing major but not expected.the owner was willing and polite but when we asked to stay after a week stay afew more hours he asked for 50% which I think was a bit greddy shame he did not have a booking and could of easily please us?would i stay again? probably notwe stayed a week in Cambie for half the price and it was better we also stayed in Vancouver island (Sooke) again half the price and much better.btw every request we had to other owners always were greated with yes Offcourse.

Very beautiful condo. Great location if you’re looking for something central, with a close walk to all the best downtown neighborhoods. IGA just down the street, yoga studio down the street, and tons of restaurants in the area. Really clean space - great if you want to cook a couple meals and stay in or head out and about quickly.
