10 kms from Capbreton beaches, tastefully decorated "atelier" style duplex loft, comprising living room with sofa bed and upright piano, open-plan kitchen (toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc.), mezzanine with double bed (140 x 190) 1.80cm high, bathroom, small garden and terrace with garden furniture.
Access to the swimming pool shared with the owner in the tropical garden inspired by my native Indonesia. Reversible air-conditioning.... and heated when needed...
Capacity: 2 adults max + 1 or 2 children

No smoking (inside)
Wifi internet connection and Netflix TV
Washing machine and ironing board in separate laundry room shared with owner.
Linen included (sheets and towels).
