Located on level 1 of the complex within a short stroll to local cafes and shops, 800m from Picnic Point boat ramp, 2km from Sunshine Plaza and Ocean Street restaurants, 3km from popular surf beaches. Enjoy an afternoon fish off the pontoon or relax on the balcony and soak in the sunrises and sunsets. (Direct pontoon access, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, air-conditioned, Wi-Fi, 1 lockable garage space, linen provided.)
