The cottage has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully set up for guests. It was very clean and cosy. Beds were comfy. The garden is pretty and it’s nice to sit out on the deck. We had a little dog with us that loved running around the spacious yard. The house is also in a quiet street beside the creek but a short walk from town. I would recommend the house, especially to couples.

The cottage was perfect for us & our Aussie Shepherd. We really enjoyed our stay & spent a lot of time relaxing outside enjoying the sun, the garden & watching the birds. There are a lot of different outdoor areas to sit in so you can find a place in the sun or shade any time of the day. Oh and the fire pit at night was great.The cottage had everything that we needed & we felt very much at home, the information provided was thorough & covered any questions we had.We would happily stay there again. Had a lovely weekend. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything needed. Great deck to soak up the sun with a cuppa and only a few minutes walk to the main street for coffee and good food!

Very clean, gorgeous cabin. Across from the river 10 minute walk to shops . Lots of places to walk your dog. Beware of Marching Ants 🐜 🐜 🐜 and please remember it is in a very dry area of Victoria so use water wisely. We had a thoroughly relaxing break with our senior dogs, very grateful.

A wonderful stay! The hosts thought of everything and more. Jen was super responsive to my questions. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and even nicer than the photos. We felt right at home. The moment we walked in, my husband commented that the place looked even nicer than the photos.

The house is beautifully presented - clean, cosy and exactly as shown in the ad. Everything was supplied as needed, including a huge store of firewood for the open fire in the front room. Full kitchen is well organised, plenty of pots and pans, as well as a clean and serviceable newish BBQ on the back deck, under cover. The bird life in the garden was wonderful to see. A short and interesting walk across the river takes you straight in to the town. There are two EVIE charging bays on the median strip near cafes and shops. It was easy to communicate with Jen the owner and she was very interested in our feedback when we met her as we were packing up. Will definitely stay here the next time we’re in the area.
