Solid 4.5...great location, residence was comfortable but basic, lots of space. Only wish was that the coffeepot worked/was replaced while there but otherwise we had everything we needed and the checkout was easy. Checkin was a bit uncertain as to timing and the automated options, but things were quickly sorted out

The gate code wouldn’t work. The refrigerator was about 75° inside and smelled like hot garbage. Management did nothing to collect a problem in either instance. To even get in, we had to sneak in behind another car. Customer service is absolutely horrible..

The condo is in a good location and check-in was easy, and overall it was generally clean. However, the refrigerator was not working during our stay, which made it difficult to store groceries we had purchased prior to arrival. One member of our group also needed refrigeration for insulin, so we had to make alternative arrangements throughout the trip. While the host was responsive and provided a partial refund, not having a working refrigerator was a significant inconvenience. In addition, the sliding doors in the master bathroom would hit each other when opening and closing, so they had to be used carefully.Overall, the stay was okay, but these issues impacted our experience. Future guests may want to confirm that the refrigerator is functioning properly prior to arrival.
FYI...to improve the guest experience I would recommend the following. The carpet is very tired and worn out for such a nice space. It's frankly kinda gross to walk around on without shoes. Definitely needs to be replaced. One half of the dual electrical outlet in the middle bedroom on the right side of the bed does not work. The sliding door plastic blinds in the back bedroom needs to be replaced. As soon as we tried to open the blinds 4 of the plastic pieces fell down. Like they were vicariously placed into position. Lastly...it would be nice if at least 1 of the 3 bedrooms had a TV. They are only about a 100 these days. We were surprised that they just hung a dollar store little picture on the wall instead.

Hello James,
Thank you for the detailed feedback —
We inspected the carpet and scheduled a full replacement; a professional deep-clean was completed and area rugs were added for guest comfort in the meantime. The non-working outlet was repaired by our electrician. We replaced the damaged sliding-door blinds and secured all panels, and we’re auditing other window coverings for similar issues.
