We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was very convenient, close to everything we wanted to see and do. It’s definitely a great choice for families, with a relaxing atmosphere and plenty to enjoy nearby. Overall, a great experience—we would happily stay here again!

The rental served our needs well. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the city in general. The space was ample for our family, and we were able to host our local family as well. It comfortably held six adults and five teens/kids with the upstairs and downstairs living space. The only problems were the lack of advertised AC units (but it was cool enough at night to open windows), and some damage to the flooring that a couple of us tripped on. Overall, it was a good experience, and we will rent again when visiting NB.

Nice and clean inside. Tons of space. Great shower. Only negative were the portable air conditioners. They work but they need to be set up to blow the hot air outside. When we tried to use them, the hot air was just cancelling out the cold air. We ended up not using them at all, but it was a very warm house. If I was staying again, I would recommend bringing a window fan.

Great location. We were a group of 5 adults and were very happy with the amount of room we had. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

First impression wasn't the greatest as the front lawn was very over grown. But inside was nice and this was a beautiful location for the Car Show events. It was a good size for our group of 8 adults (4 nights). Overall property was very clean but could use a but of attention to details such as bathroom fan, baseboards. Property could be better stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. Our stay was good but small details could had elevated our experience. There was no kitchen sink plug, only 2.5 (1 full 3 halfs) rolls of toilet paper, no garbage bags and very few towels and 2 face clothes. I did message and we did receive the things we needed quickly. Towels were in the dryer but still only 4 face clothes in total. All little things but they really could have contributed to a smoother stay.My biggest complaint was the flooring in the living room dining area. It is lifting up in spots and was a tripping hazard all weekend. I did see this was mentioned in previous reviews. This really should be addressedOverall our stay was good and we would definately consider staying here again.

The welcome email clearly stated that there were 2 AC units upstairs and one downstairs. All three were in a storage room downstairs. When I inquired about these I was told that they’re not normally out until mid July. Noting that every day we were there it was 32C and felt like 40C. The washer still had towels in it and they stank. The dryer was very full of sheets that were damp. The dryer did not work properly. We had to take our things to a laundry mat. There are issues in the living room and dining area where the vinyl floor is peeled upward and you end up scraping your feet along it. The front lawn was not mowed, making for an unwelcome first impression. The basement bathroom shower liner was full of mold. When I reached out to the host about the laundry and molds shower curtain, not much was said other than we could have a late checkout time - which we did not request or need. Regarding advising that the dryer did not work, he said that it just stopped working properly before we checked in. I don’t believe this to be true - the dryer looks to be in rough shape with dials missing. What was good: the space (5 bedrooms), the central location and the cost. I would not recommend. Also it would take quite a while to hear back from the host. We are not ones to complain but this was a poor experience and very disappointing to all of us.
