The host was welcoming and responded immediately to inquires. The amenities were amazing the entire family loved the game room area. it was a hit. It is exactly as pictured. We loved the theatre room it was another hit.

House was as advertised, clean and fun. When we had a problem with the game room, the response was prompt (although the repairman let himself into the house instead of waiting for us to open the door). We were disappointed by some things....1. minimal or no basics...no salt and pepper, really?? 2. the kitchen items are low end (as in knives, cooking supplies). 3. the towel quality is cheap. 4. A welcoming bottle of wine is a nice touch, but a 6 bottle? Why bother. 5. An extra cost to rent a basic bbq grill? For the amount of money paid, I would have expected a more "high end" feel. But I would still recommend it, especially if you know the good and the bad ahead of time.

Gerald - Thank you for staying with us. A few replies to your concerns mentioned in your review. It was the property manager who was the repairman who let himself in. He knocked numberous times and no one came to the door. He did not think anyone was home. We do not provide any food items including salt and pepper for security reasons. I wish you would have mentioned any shortage of kitchen items to him, and he would have brought you more. Those items have a way of "walking out the door" with guests. Please come back. Next time - 5 Stars!

We've stayed at a handful of these rentals in the Kissimmee area over the years and this one was our favorite. It was clean and well put together. Host was very responsive. We were very happy with our stay. Thanks!
