It was quite warm in the middle of summer, we are unsure if there was AC there. Tons of fans which helped. We also discovered there was no hand soap or enough toilet paper and just made the run out to grab some ourselves! No big deal, super clean place, area is under construction which is ok too. Nice new home with tons of space and well decorated.
