About this property

You’re perfect vacation one block from the beach

Large private yard with Pool spa and outdoor dining. creates a Tropical Paradise, perfect for entertaining or relaxing by the pool. 1 block to Lowdermilk Park, and Naples Sugar Sand Beaches. The building houses 5 townhomes all with private garage, entrances, and pools. Very private corner townhome.

The Open Floor Plan and Sliding Glass door-wall makes this home very spacious. The outdoor dining room has electric screen walls, to further bring the out doors inside.
Large walls of windows in all rooms, let natural lighting in

The master bedroom has motorized curtains, and 2 walls of glass. Both bedrooms are ensuite, and have balconies.

in addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is a spiral stairs to the third floor den with a queen pull out sofa, which can serve as a 3rd bedroom. Here, There is a large screen TV and you can see the Gulf of Mexico and the sunsets from the 3rd floor!

Minutes Walk to white sand beach golf course, tennis courts and spas close by.
Walk 1 block to fine dining, great breakfast restaurant, gourmet market and and drugstore. And, bicycle or a short drive to Fifth Avenue S. and Third St. Historic district with restaurants, shops, Galleries, coffee shops and so much more. Live entertainment in the evenings Downtown.

This is a perfect retreat, The neighborhood is also perfect for walking and there are great Bike routes. Also 1/2 mile to US 41, so easy to get anywhere in Naples.

This is my home, so it is not typical rental furnishings; much nicer.

Local ordinance does not allow advertising for 30 days or less if you have a particular amount of days you would like to book you must contact me Great music venues, live music every night in town. Places to go dancing with live music in a charming town.

Lots of summer special dining at restaurants and discounted happy hours! No crowds in the summer

**there are not block out shades in the master, only sheer curtains.
and there are no curtains in the guest BR. But very private. it is a very quiet area.

Beautiful!

This townhome is wonderful. Finishes and decor are absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect as it is close to shopping, restaurants and only 1 block from the beach. We walked to watch sunsets over the gulf every evening. The private pool and spa area was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The neighborhood is quiet, beautifully maintained and filled with gorgeous homes. The owner, Jo, was easy to contact and very accommodating. It truly feels like you are at a “home away from home” when you stay here. My wife and I have been coming to Naples for over 10 years and we are certainly looking forward to another stay at this property. Highly recommended!

I have lived in Naples for 25 years. I had a large Beachfront modern home, As I am Widowed and my kids are grown, This was the perfect down sized home! I love it. I bought it in fall 2019, and I will now split my time here with my Northern Homes,

What makes this property unique

There is nothing like this in Naples. 1 Block to the beach, Brand New, Very Modern with all luxuries, spacious private yard, and I can walk to downtown, as well as 1minute by car to US41/ Tamiami Trail Walk to beach, coffee shop, restaurants. Short drive to downtown.
