Welcome to our spacious 1,850 sq. ft. family chalet – the ideal escape for nature lovers, adventure seekers, and anyone craving a peaceful retreat. Nestled on a private ½-acre property with southwest exposure, this 4-season cabin offers 3 bedrooms, a loft, a cozy den, 10 beds, and 2 full bathrooms – comfortably accommodating your whole crew.

Just 11 minutes east of Manning Park Resort, our property boasts 240 feet of crystal-clear Similkameen River frontage with your very own private sandy beach. Spend your days swimming, lounging by the water, or simply relaxing to the soothing sounds of the river, surrounded by towering trees and mountain views.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully stocked kitchen, all linens and towels, a great selection of games, and over 100 DVD movies for cozy evenings in. Warm up beside one of our two fireplaces – a charming wood-burning fireplace in the main living area and a convenient propane fireplace in the den – or gather around the outdoor firepit under a star-filled sky.

Whether you’re here for skiing, hiking, or simply unwinding by the water, Stay By The River offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation in a truly private setting.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Use Checkout Checklist Provided on Site. Leave used beds UNMADE. Hang used towels. Wash and put away all dishes.
The water pump and hot water tank breakers must be turned off when leaving. Therefore, do not start the dishwasher the day you are departing.
Replace all used items to original location: games, movies, outdoor furniture, etc. Close and lock all windows and close blinds. Turn down electric heat thermometers to 5 C.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Registered Guests ONLY. No parties. Observe quiet hours 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Maximum 5 cars per group. Must be parked on our parking area.
You must take all your garbage home with you when you leave. Outdoor Fires only as per local regulations. Burn firewood responsibly indoors and out
Pets must be leashed when outdoors. No pets on furniture or in beds. Clean up after your pet and take poop bags home with you.
